Dre Murray revelou a capa e a lista de faixas de ‘Gold Rush: Maybe One Day’, seu primeiro disco pela Collision Records, que será lançado no dia 9 de julho. Aproveitando o momento, o rapper liberou o single Sutter’s Mill, produzido por seu fiel escudeiro Wit e Swoope. Neste novo álbum, ele faz parceria com Christon Gray, Sean Johnson, Propaganda, Alex Faith, Tragic Hero, Michael Guaglione e Swoope – que também assinam algumas produções, juntamente com Wit, Big Juice e Wes Pendleton.
De acordo com Murray, ‘Gold Rush: Maybe One Day’ é sobre como redefinir as nossas perspectivas, deixando as ideologias de lado e desejando intensamente um tesouro mais duradouro.
“Todo mundo está atrás de algo, na esperança de que talvez um dia tenha a sua grande chance, encontre o ouro, conheça sua esposa, chegue a uma posição de poder, e rapidamente fique satisfeito; mas esta vida nem sempre nos satisfaz”, diz ele.
